If you read my previous post, you know by now that I'm trying to start a healthy lifestyle so besides from doing my morning jog and exercise, a healthy diet is also important. I make sure to eat my breakfast every morning for a reason I don't need to explain anymore. So I'm sharing you my two favorite breakfast smoothies that you could make too!

Just put all the ingredients in your blender, sip, and enjoy! Don't forget to put ice if you like it cold.
Note: I don't have the exact measurements for each, I just estimate it. Honestly, you could put how much strawberry or kiwi you desire like for me, I put tons of oats 'cause it's my favorite! If you don't like pineapple juice or lemonade, you could also use milk. Try to experiment too with other different fruits :) I have more smoothie recipes here so just let me know if you will like to see more of it.
